3. 5.3Trekkaro shall not be held responsible for any losses, costs, or inconveniences arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, avalanches, landslides, floods, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, political unrest, or acts of God.

Any health-related information published on this platform — including guidance on altitude acclimatisation, AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness), hydration, and physical preparation — is intended for general informational purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical counsel.
