  • Daily oxygen saturation & pulse reading (if required in trek): Our team takes a proactive approach to ensure the health and well-being of trekkers by monitoring their oxygen saturation and pulse rates before embarking on the trek. By doing so, you're able to identify any potential issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. This not only allows trekkers to be aware of their physical condition but also helps to mitigate any risks associated with high-altitude environments, where oxygen levels can be lower than usual.
  • Oxygen cylinders and medical kit When it comes to high-altitude treks the body doesn't get enough oxygen: It’s not always that you cannot survive in high-altitude treks but for a safer side if your body is not adjusted to the environment, we are always ready with the oxygen cylinders. Our team member carries the portable oxygen cylinder and all the basic medicines on the trek. To prevent high altitude conditions - do more exercise, cycle, and swim. The more you practice it’ll easier for you.
  • Stretchers on every campsite: Although we are physically and mentally ready for the environment there are chances of accidents or uncertain things. In those situations, we have stretchers at every campsite so, in an emergency, the porter will safely drop you at base camp where we can do further treatment.
  • Radio (for communication between camps and guides): Our camps are located far apart, but they are connected through a radio network, which is essential for communication. While the network can be unstable in hilly areas, we can still rely on radios to stay in touch and seek help in emergencies, whether it's missing anything, bad weather, or medical assistance from the base.
  • Technical team on all snowy slopes: We emphasize the importance of safety on all treks, taking a cautious approach whenever we encounter risky terrain or areas that require technical expertise. With a well-trained team that knows how to handle emergencies and care for trekkers, we provide a reassuring environment for trekkers to embark on their trek with confidence.

When you take an adventurous trek with TREKKARO, then be assured that whatever we do is more than your expectations. • The Best Guides If you are already trekking with us, then you’d be forgiven for thinking our guides are superhuman. It doesn’t mean a feat to entertain, cook, guide, and facilitate, but our guides, handle it with grace, and all the while the attention is on you.
  • The Best Itineraries It takes a lot of refinement to make a perfect trek, from dawn to dusk there are a lot of moving parts and the potential for things to go awry. For the last year, we’ve balanced on the tightrope of offering the right amount of activity, flexibility, and trek time. Whilst utilizing the best lodgings in the most unique places.
  • Value We’re not in the business of making money and providing you with nothing. Our treks aren’t expensive, they represent excellent value for money, and for those seeking to maximize their time, there is no better way.

Our Expectations

It may come as a surprise, but the reality is that it is a two-way street (or trail), and you are ultimately responsible for the nature of the experience that you have with us. And not only that, but you also influence the experience of others in your small group.

  • Attitude: It's clear that this vacation is designed as a transformational experience, and the attitude of the trekkers is key in creating the atmosphere. By adopting an open-minded, positive, and adaptable attitude, you are inviting yourself to fully immerse yourself in the experience and make the most of it. Accepting that challenges and discomforts are part of the journey is also reassuring, as it shows that you are prepared to face them.
  • Physical preparedness: Our treks are designed for everyday people. You don’t have to be an athlete, but to be fair to yourself and your group members, you do need to be ready. Worried about it? Do not stress it, our team is 100% dedicated to helping you pick the right trek, bring the right gear, and be physically and mentally prepared.

This emphasis on safety also builds trust and confidence with trekkers, allowing them to enjoy their experience to the fullest without worrying about potential risks.
